Founded in 2017, Cedar Communities is a New York based Private Equity real estate firm focused on the acquisition of senior living communities.

Cedar’s Senior Housing fund has a goal to acquire undervalued, small to mid-sized facilities throughout the Southeast United States. Our research and focus deploys capital on communities that meet strict purchase requirements aimed at delivering the highest return for our investors. Post-acquisition, the team at Cedar provides a full suite of management services aimed at maximizing value all the while providing residents with a warm, compassionate and caring environment to call home.

24-hour supervision and security with full-time staff
